Our story

It began with a bee on a sunflower

Florabella was born on a summer afternoon, when a bee landed on a sunflower in our garden — tiny and tireless, with that silent grace that belongs only to nature.

From that moment we decided to take care of a few hives, small guardians of a dream. We began to harvest our honey and turn it into preserves where the sweetness comes from the honey itself.

A simple gesture, born in a garden, that over time became a way of life: artisanal care, a few good ingredients, and respect for the seasons in every jar.

On the edge of the Warta river valley, in one of the most fertile regions of Poland for wildflower honey production. Ancient orchards, meadows that bloom from April to September, forests that add depth to the flora.

It is the land that makes the difference. Every batch of Florabella honey carries the character of this exact corner of Wielkopolska.

Behind Florabella

From Milan marketing to Wielkopolska meadows

Behind Florabella is Alessandro Delfino who, after years in marketing and PR in Milan, chose a new life in Wielkopolska — one of the regions most devoted to honey production, a land of fields, forests and largely unspoilt nature.

For him, bees are not only producers of honey, but guardians of biodiversity and a symbol of the deep bond between humans and nature. Every Florabella jar tells this story: a sweetness that is simple, pure, and faithful to nature.

FAQ

Before you order

Do you ship across the EU?
Yes. We ship from Poland to all EU countries. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination and confirmed before payment — no surprises.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 3 to 7 working days within the EU, depending on the destination country. We ship via tracked courier and send you the tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
Honey crystallises — is that normal?
Completely normal, and actually a sign of quality. Raw, non-micro-filtered honey crystallises naturally over time. To restore it to liquid form, place the jar in warm water (max 40°C) for 15–20 minutes. Never microwave it — heat destroys the aromas and enzymes.
How does payment work?
We accept bank transfer (IBAN) and PayPal. After confirming your order via WhatsApp or email, we send you payment details. The parcel is dispatched once payment is received.
Can I order a mixed selection?
Yes — just tell us via WhatsApp or email what you'd like and we'll put together the right combination for you. Ideal for gifts or to try both products together.
