Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by “Florabella” (brand owned by Consultrade Europe). By placing an order via email, WhatsApp, or through our website, you agree to these terms.

3. Products and Artisan Nature

Our products (honey, preserves) are artisanal and natural. Small variations in color, texture, or flavor between batches are normal and a sign of authenticity.

Note: Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time. This is a sign of quality, not a defect.

4. Ordering Process (Direct Sale)

As we operate as a small-batch artisan producer, we do not have an automated checkout.

• To order, please contact us via email or WhatsApp.
• We will confirm availability and provide a quote including shipping costs based on weight and destination.
• The order is confirmed only after receipt of payment (Bank Transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods).

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship from Poland to countries within the EU.

• Shipping costs are calculated per order.
• Delivery times vary depending on the destination (usually 3–7 working days for EU).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or customs.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with EU Consumer Law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

• Products must be returned unopened, with original seals intact.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the product value.

7. Damaged Goods

If your package arrives damaged, please accept it with “reservation” or take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
