Honey & Lemon Glazed Chicken

Florabella wildflower honey caramelises in the oven creating a golden, fragrant glaze. The key is adding the honey only in the last 15 minutes so it does not burn.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs (bone-in)
- 3 tbsp Florabella wildflower honey
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- rosemary, salt, pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and rosemary.
- Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade and place in a baking dish.
- Roast for 30 minutes.
- Mix the honey with a teaspoon of lemon juice and brush generously over the chicken.
- Return to the oven for 12–15 minutes until the glaze is golden and caramelised. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
