Florabella honey and preserves are the secret weapon of every cheese board. The floral notes of the wildflower honey balance aged cheeses; the fruit preserve adds a layer of complexity that makes guests go back for more.
Ingredients
- 200 g aged sheep's cheese or Pecorino
- 150 g fresh goat's cheese
- 100 g blue cheese
- 3 tbsp Florabella wildflower honey
- 3 tbsp Florabella fruit & honey preserve
- walnuts, dried figs, crackers
Method
- Arrange the cheeses on a wooden board, leaving space between them.
- Place small bowls or spoons of Florabella honey and preserve alongside.
- Fill the gaps with walnuts, dried figs and crackers.
- Serve at room temperature: remove the cheeses from the fridge 30 minutes before serving.
