Cheese Board with Honey & Preserve

Florabella honey and preserves are the secret weapon of every cheese board. The floral notes of the wildflower honey balance aged cheeses; the fruit preserve adds a layer of complexity that makes guests go back for more.

Ingredients

  • 200 g aged sheep's cheese or Pecorino
  • 150 g fresh goat's cheese
  • 100 g blue cheese
  • 3 tbsp Florabella wildflower honey
  • 3 tbsp Florabella fruit & honey preserve
  • walnuts, dried figs, crackers

Method

  1. Arrange the cheeses on a wooden board, leaving space between them.
  2. Place small bowls or spoons of Florabella honey and preserve alongside.
  3. Fill the gaps with walnuts, dried figs and crackers.
  4. Serve at room temperature: remove the cheeses from the fridge 30 minutes before serving.
